"Good wallet overall, app could be smoother"
I got D'CENT a while back, maybe earlier this year or late last year, because I wanted to stop keeping all my coins sitting on exchanges. Setting it up was straightforward for the most part, and I like that it doesn’t feel like my info is being pushed all over the place. The self-custody side is really the main reason I use it. It just feels better knowing I’m the one holding the keys, though you definitely have to take the backup stuff seriously and not rush through it. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the app felt a little less clunky in a few spots. Nothing major, just some parts could be smoother. Overall though, I’m happy with it

"Delivery was straightforward"
I ordered from dcentwallet.com and the tracking worked fine for the most part. I could see where the package was, and it showed up on the day it said it would. One update came in a little late, so for a bit I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but that happens sometimes. Overall, it was smooth and there wasn’t really anything to complain about...

"Not really worth the price"
I wanted to like it, honestly. It looked decent at first, and I figured maybe the price meant it would feel a bit more premium. But once I actually had it, I kept thinking... this is it? Nothing terrible, just not enough to justify what I paid. For the money, I expected more.

"Easy to carry Around"
This is easy to take with me and doesn’t feel bulky at all. It fits in my small bag just fine, which I really like. I took off one star though because the buttons feel a bit tiny for me.

"Well packed, but a little overdone"
My D'CENT wallet arrived in really good shape. The box looked clean and sturdy, with no dents or damage, which I appreciated since it’s not exactly a cheap item. Everything inside was organized nicely too, and the device was held securely in place with the little papers easy to find. Shipping-wise, it definitely felt safe. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because there seemed to be a bit more plastic and extra packaging than necessary. Not a huge issue, but for the price, I’d like to see it kept a little simpler and less wasteful.

"I’ve been using the D’CENT wallet…"
I’ve been using the D’CENT wallet app for a bit now, it’s been smooth overall. It’s easy to check my coins and send stuff without feeling like I have to dig around forever. The layout made sense after a few minutes, which was a nice surprise. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that it can be a little slow to open or sync sometimes. Nothing major, just kind of annoying here and there. But most days it works totally fine, and I’m happy with it.

"Swap feature really needs some work"
The wallet itself is okay, like it works fine for basic use, but the exchange part has been frustrating. Swaps feel slow, and the fees aren’t really clear before you go through with it. A couple times I waited and waited, and then the swap just failed. It’s okay overall, but the swap feature definitely needs fixing.

"Works fine, but the tiny screen text gets old fast"
The wallet does what it’s supposed to do for the most part, so I don’t really have any major complaints there. I’ve been using it mostly in the evenings after work, usually sitting on the couch with just a lamp on, and the screen text is small. I keep having to squint or tilt it around to read what it says, especially in low light, and after a while it gets annoying. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish the text was easier to see.

I just didn’t feel very safe during my experience. Maybe it’s just me, but shouldn’t you be able to relax and feel secure? I kept wondering if everything was being handled properly, and that’s not really the kind of feeling you want to have, is it?

"A Bit Confusing to Set Up"
Setting up the seed phrase backup felt more confusing than I expected. I even had my brother take a look with me, and I still wasn’t totally sure I had stored everything the right way. It worked out, but I definitely wish the process felt a little clearer and more reassuring.

"Just Explain What Happened First"
When I first started dealing with this, all I really wanted was a clear explanation of what actually happened. Before getting into excuses or extra details, I think it would’ve helped a lot if they had just told me the real situation upfront. After that, I would’ve been much more understanding, but the way it was handled made things feel more frustrating than they needed to be.

"Works fine, but something feels a bit off"
The wallet is decent overall and it handles the main coins I use without much trouble. But something feels off with the network support. A few chains I expected to be there are either missing or kind of annoying to add manually. It’s not a bad wallet, it just starts to feel a little limited if you use a bunch of different networks...

I’ve been using this with my coins and so far it works fine for what I need. The setup process was straightforward and didn’t give me much trouble. My only real complaint is that the app feels a bit slow at times, but overall my experience has been decent

I like the D'CENT wallet mostly because it supports the coins I actually use, like BTC, ETH, XRP, and a bunch of tokens too. So I’m not constantly jumping between different apps, which is nice. It’s simple, easy to use, and it’s been working fine for me.

"Fast shipping, but the tracking situation was frustrating"
I ordered from dcentwallet and, to be fair, the shipping was fast. They sent the tracking info soon after I bought it, and the wallet actually showed up a few days earlier than I expected. The box was fine too, no damage or anything. But i’m still annoyed about the tracking not updating for a whole day. That’s on them or whoever they use for shipping, because I had no clue where my package was and it was frustrating for no reason. Overall the delivery ended up being good, but that tracking issue is why I’m giving 4 stars

"NFT support has been disappointing"
I bought the D'CENT wallet mainly because I wanted to use it for NFTs, but the support feels kind of unfinished. Some of my NFTs just don’t show up, and trying to find a clear answer on the website was more frustrating than it should be. I checked the settings, chain info, and pretty much everything I could think of, but still couldn’t get it working. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me it ended up being a polite waste of time. Not really what I expected from a wallet like this

"Bluetooth is just really, really frustrating"
I wanted to like it, but the Bluetooth connection kept dropping over and over. It would connect, then disconnect, then connect again, and it got annoying to use.
